Terms & Conditions
1. TOUR DEPOSIT
RM1,000 per person must be paid as a reservation fee. The balance of the full payment must be made within 40 days before the date of departure. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
To secure a booking, a structured payment plan is required as follows:
2.1 Deposit PaymentA non-refundable deposit of RM1,000 per person must be paid upon reservation to confirm participation in the tour package.
2.2 Second PaymentA second payment of 50% of the remaining balance must be made 3 months prior to the departure date.
2.3 Final PaymentThe remaining balance must be paid in full no later than forty (40) days before the departure date.
2.4 Failure to ComplyFailure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, and all payments made may be forfeited in accordance with the company's cancellation policy.
3. AMENDMENT CHARGES
3.1 For Free Independent Traveller (FIT) Tour Packages:
- Upon confirmation of the tour, any subsequent change made to the reservation is subject to an amendment charge of RM50.00 per person per change.
- No changes can be made within 8 working days before the date of
- Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original reservation and is subject to cancellation charges as defined in the cancellation policy (see clause 3.1 for FIT tour packages).
3.2 For Group Tour Packages:
- Upon confirmation of the tour, no changes can be made to the reservation within 40 days before the date of departure.
- Any request from a group member to return earlier or later than the group will be subject to the conditions of the respective airlines.
- Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original
4. CANCELLATION CHARGES (By Tour Member)
4.1 For FIT Tour Packages:
- Cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing to avoid any

- If cancellation notice is received 29 days or less before the departure date, the following charges apply:

- The airline's cancellation policy on special promotional fares will apply in addition to the These tickets may be non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable, and non-reroutable. Changes or cancellations are at the passenger's risk. The company is not responsible for inconveniences or extra costs.
4.2 For Group Tour Packages:
- Cancellation must be made in writing to avoid
- If cancellation is received 45 working days or more before departure, a minimum administrative fee of 00 or 2% of the tour fare (whichever is higher) per person will be charged.
- If cancellation notice is received 44 working days or less before departure, the following charges apply.

5. CANCELLATION BY COMPANY
5.1 FIT Tour Packages:
- The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to acts of God, war, strike, riot, or government orders beyond its control.
- Alternative tours will be If declined, all moneys paid will be refunded less administrative fees.
5.2 Group Tour Packages:
- The same policy applies for group packages.
- If cancellation is due to insufficient participants or inability to secure seats/accommodation, the company will refund the tour fare and provide additional compensation as follows:

01 – 07 working days Full refund + RM75.00
On date of departure Full refund + RM100.00
6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
6.1 Tour Members’ Responsibilities:
Tour members must have:
- A valid international passport or travel document (valid for at least 6 months from return date).
- Required visas, vaccinations, and health
6.2 Company’s Responsibilities:
- Advise tour members on
- Assist with visa applications where possible (approval not guaranteed).
6.3 Fees & Charges:
- Visa and service fees to be borne by tour
6.4 Rejection of Visa:
- If visa or exit permit is rejected, a refund will be made less administrative fees.
6.5 Refusal of Entry:
- The company is not liable for any refund or expense if entry is denied due to improper documents, illegal items, or passenger behavior.
7. REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds will be made for unused services (e.g. airfares, accommodations, meals, sightseeing, etc.) due to personal reasons.
8. BAGGAGE
Baggage allowance is determined by airlines and may vary. Passengers should verify allowances and are advised to purchase adequate travel insurance.
9. POSSIBLE CHANGES
Changes in airline schedules or local conditions may necessitate alterations in the itinerary. The company will provide suitable alternatives where possible.
10. RIGHT TO REJECT
The company reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking or participant who may compromise the health, safety, or comfort of others. Refunds will be made less any used services, administration, and cancellation fees.
11. COMPANY
RESPONSIBILITY The company and agents are responsible for services provided as advertised. If services fall short, compensation may be awarded based on findings by the Commissioner of Tourism.
12. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Ground insurance in China is included. Tour members are strongly encouraged to purchase flight insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, and lost baggage.
